WarpIPTV terms of service
The agreement between you and WarpIPTV when you request a trial or buy a subscription. Please read it before you order.
1. What these terms cover
These terms apply to your use of warpiptv4k.com and to any trial or subscription you obtain from us. By sending one of our forms or using a line we provide, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.
2. What we supply
We supply access to streaming services: a set of login credentials that work in standard third-party IPTV applications on your own hardware. We do not supply the hardware, we do not supply the application, and we do not produce, own, host or control the content that the feeds carry. We hold no broadcasting rights in that content and make no claim to any. Our DMCA policy explains how rights holders can contact us.
3. Eligibility and your responsibilities
- You must be at least 18 years old to order.
- You are responsible for making sure that receiving and watching a given channel is lawful where you are. Broadcasting rights differ by country and we cannot advise you on the law in yours.
- You are responsible for your own internet connection and equipment. A line that works perfectly elsewhere can still struggle on a slow or congested connection.
- Keep your credentials to yourself. Your plan allows a fixed number of simultaneous connections; sharing your login more widely is a breach of these terms.
4. Plans, prices and payment
Plans run for 1 Month, 3 Months, 6 Months, 12 Months and carry between 1 and 5 simultaneous connections, priced from $15 to $270 in US dollars for the full term. Every plan includes the same catalogue; the term and the connection count are the only variables.
No payment is taken on this website. When you send the order form we reply with the payment options available to you, and your line is created once payment is arranged. Subscriptions do not renew automatically — when a term ends, you decide whether to start another. Prices may change for future purchases, but never for a term you have already paid for.
5. Free trials
Trials are provided so you can evaluate the service on your own equipment. They are created by hand, are limited in length, and are offered one per household. We record technical information with each request to identify duplicate applications, as described in our privacy policy. We may decline a trial request without giving a reason, most often where the same signals have already been used for a recent trial.
6. Service availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we would ask you to be sceptical of any IPTV provider that does. Feeds are supplied by third parties over the public internet: a channel can change, be withdrawn or fail at source, and none of that is within our control. What we commit to is telling you honestly when there is a problem and working to resolve or replace an affected feed as quickly as we can.
We may carry out maintenance that briefly interrupts the service, and will give notice where it is planned.
7. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Resell, redistribute or publicly broadcast the service without our written agreement.
- Record, copy or re-transmit content in breach of applicable law.
- Share your credentials beyond the connections your plan allows.
- Attempt to interfere with, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to our systems.
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
We may suspend or terminate a line that breaches this section, without a refund where the breach is serious or repeated.
8. Refunds and cancellation
The free trial exists so you can test the service before paying, which is why it is offered before any purchase rather than as a refund afterwards. If a fault on our side leaves your line unusable and we cannot fix it in a reasonable time, contact us and we will discuss a partial refund or an extension in good faith.
Refunds are not available where the problem is your own internet connection or hardware, where you have changed your mind after using the service, or where the line has been suspended for a breach of section 7. You can stop using the service at any time; simply do not renew when your term ends.
9. Support
Support is provided by email at contact.provideriptv@gmail.com, by WhatsApp at +44 7882 735688, and through the live chat on this site. We aim to answer quickly but do not promise a fixed response time.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our total liability to you in connection with the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the current subscription term, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or the unavailability of any particular channel or event.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms. A change will never be applied retrospectively to a term you have already paid for.
12. Ending the agreement
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end your access where you breach these terms, where we are required to by law, or where we stop offering the service — in which case we will refund the unused portion of a paid term.
