WarpIPTV privacy policy
What we collect when you use this website, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and what you can ask us to do with it. Written to be read rather than skimmed.
The short version
- We collect what you type into our three forms, and nothing else you type anywhere.
- We record a small amount of technical information about each submission — IP address, browser, operating system, device type, timezone, referrer — to prevent fraud and duplicate trial abuse.
- We do not fingerprint your browser, and we do not sell or share your data for advertising.
- We keep form data only as long as it is useful for support, then delete it.
Who we are
This policy covers warpiptv4k.com, operated by WarpIPTV. For any question about your data, write to contact.provideriptv@gmail.com.
Information you give us
Three forms on this site collect information, and each one asks only for what it needs to do its job.
Subscription form
Your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, country, the countries whose channels you want, your application and device, your adult-content preference, the duration and connection count you chose, and whether this is a new line or a renewal. If you are renewing, the username of your existing line. If your device is a MAG box, its MAC address; if your application is IBO Pro or IBO Player, the MAC address and device key. Any optional notes you add.
Free trial form
The same contact and device information, without the duration, connection count, line type or existing username — a trial does not have those, and the server-side schema for the trial form does not accept them.
Contact form
Your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, country, subject and message.
Technical information we record
Every form submission is stored alongside a short technical record. It exists for one purpose: stopping fraud, spam and repeated trial requests from the same person under different names. It contains:
- Your IP address, and the approximate country our host derives from it.
- Your browser and its major version, and your operating system.
- Your device type — desktop, mobile, tablet or television.
- The timezone your browser reports.
- Your user-agent string, and the referring page where your browser sends one.
- The time of the submission.
- A VPN or proxy signal, derived only from headers your request already carries.
That last point matters, so it is worth stating plainly: using a VPN does not get your request rejected. Plenty of legitimate customers use one. It is recorded as one signal among several for a person to weigh, never as an automatic verdict, and nothing about you is sent to a third-party lookup service to produce it.
What we deliberately do not do: canvas, font or WebGL fingerprinting, cross-site tracking, advertising pixels, or building a profile of you across visits.
Why we are allowed to process it
- To answer you and to set up your service. Without your contact and device details we cannot build a line or reply to a question.
- Our legitimate interest in preventing abuse. The technical record exists to keep the free trial usable for people who are genuinely evaluating the service.
- Legal obligations, where we are required to retain or produce records.
Who sees your information
Form submissions are delivered by email to our own internal inbox and are read by the people who set up and support subscriptions. Beyond that:
- Our email provider transmits and stores those messages, as any email provider does.
- Tawk.to supplies the live chat widget. If you start a chat, your messages and the technical data their widget collects are processed under their own privacy policy. The widget loads only after the page is ready or you interact with it, and it collects nothing from you if you never open it.
- Our hosting provider processes requests to serve the site.
We do not sell your data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not pass it to anyone else except where the law requires it.
Cookies and local storage
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Two small pieces of data are stored by your own browser, and neither is transmitted to us:
- Your light or dark theme choice, so the site does not flip back every time you visit.
- The list of countries you pin on the channels page, so it can be filled into the order and trial forms for you. It is cleared when you close the tab.
The Tawk.to live chat sets its own cookies once you open it. Clearing your browser data removes all of these.
How long we keep it
Order and trial correspondence is kept while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, so that we can help if you come back. Contact messages are kept while the question is open and for a short period after it is resolved. Technical anti-abuse records are short-lived by design: the in-memory duplicate and trial checks expire within days, and the technical block inside a notification email lives only as long as that email does. When information is no longer needed, it is deleted.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are validated and sanitised on the server before anything is done with them, including protection against email header injection, and each endpoint is rate limited. Credentials for our email transport are held in server-side environment variables and never reach your browser. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to receive it in a portable form. Write to contact.provideriptv@gmail.com and we will respond within one month. We may need to confirm your identity before acting, so that we do not hand your data to someone else. If you are in the UK or the EU and are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to your national data protection authority.
Children
This service is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, write to us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
When this policy changes we update the date at the top of the page. Material changes will be highlighted here rather than made quietly.
