WarpIPTV DMCA and copyright policy
How to tell us about content you believe infringes your rights, what your notice needs to contain, and what we do when one arrives.
Our position
WarpIPTV resells access to streaming services. We do not own, produce, upload, host or control the content carried on the third-party feeds that a subscription reaches, and we do not operate the servers those feeds originate from. We hold no broadcasting rights in that content and make no claim to any.
Because we do not host the material, we cannot delete a file from a source we do not run. What we can do — and will do — is act on the parts within our control: removing references from our own website, and passing a complaint upstream to the supplier whose feed is named so that it can be acted on at source.
Sending a notice in four steps
- Write to us at contact.provideriptv@gmail.com with “DMCA notice” in the subject line, so it is routed correctly the moment it arrives.
- Identify yourself and the work. Give your full name, postal address, telephone number and email address, and describe the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed clearly enough for us to recognise it.
- Point us at the material. Give the channel name, feed identifier or URL precisely enough that we can locate it. A description such as “our sports channels” is not specific enough to act on.
- Include the two statements the law requires — that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law, and that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or are authorised to act for the owner. Sign it, physically or electronically.
What happens next
We acknowledge complete notices, normally within five working days. We then remove or disable any material within our control that the notice identifies, and forward the complaint to the upstream supplier responsible for the feed. Where we can identify the subscriber account involved, we notify them and pass on a copy of the notice with personal contact details removed.
If a notice is incomplete — most often because it does not identify the material specifically enough — we will write back and say what is missing rather than simply ignoring it.
Counter-notices
If material you provided was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, send a counter-notice to the same address. It should identify the material and where it appeared, state under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief it was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification, and give your name, address and telephone number together with your consent to the jurisdiction of an appropriate court. We will forward a valid counter-notice to the original complainant.
Repeat infringers
We terminate the accounts of subscribers who are the subject of repeated, substantiated infringement notices. That decision is made by a person on the facts of the notices received, not automatically.
Misuse of this process
Sending a knowingly false notice carries legal consequences for the sender. We keep records of the notices we receive and of what we did in response.
Contact
All copyright correspondence: contact.provideriptv@gmail.com. This is the only address monitored for legal notices. Please do not send them through the live chat widget, which is staffed for customer support and is not a legal channel.
